Tylan Ricketts
Professional Experience
Tylan Ricketts is an Associate Attorney with Willis and Davidow, practicing in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning, Real Estate Transactions, and Civil Litigation. Tylan grew up in Southwest Kansas, where he worked at his parents’ hardware store. After graduating from Benedictine College, he attended St. John Vianney Seminary in Denver, Colorado.
After seminary, Tylan attended Ave Maria School of Law where he excelled in Property Law, served as Managing Editor of Law Review, and he worked as a legal intern for the Honorable Carol Mirando of the Middle District of Florida. He graduated magna cum laude and received the St. Ives Award.
Tylan is an inaugural member of the Southwest Florida Catholic Lawyers Association, is a Chairman of the Ave Maria School of Law Alumni Association, an active member of the Federalist Society and is a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus. He enjoys spending time with his stepdaughter and dog, and has a constant desire to learn new skills.
With his intimate experience with the joys and challenges of life, Tylan is able to handle matters with empathy and understanding.
