Michael Zivik

Michael Zivik is an Associate Attorney at Willis & Davidow, where he represents clients in business litigation, construction law, and contract disputes in both state and federal courts. Licensed to practice in Florida since 2022, Michael is known for his thorough preparation, practical strategies, and the ability to guide clients through complex disputes with clarity and confidence.

Originally from Philadelphia, Michael developed a passion for the law at a young age and pursued that goal through his studies and training. He earned his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law, where he focused on litigation and trial practice. During law school, he served as Chair of Appellate Competitions for the Moot Court Board, leading and organizing teams in national competitions, while sharpening his advocacy skills in advanced trial and writing programs.

Outside of his practice, Michael is actively involved in the Naples community as a member of Jewish Young Professionals and Chabad of Naples. He enjoys running, photography, traveling, and time at the beach.

Michael values strong communication and strives to build lasting relationships, ensuring that each client feels supported and understood throughout the legal process.
